Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session without penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will be charged the full session fee. I understand that life happens—emergencies will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out as early as possible. 2. No-Shows If you miss a scheduled session without notice, it will be considered a no-show, and the full session fee will be charged. 3. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect other clients’ appointments. If I am ever delayed, you will receive the full length of your session. This may be that day or rescheduled as mutually agreed upon. 4. Coaching Packages – Command the Room Clients enrolled in the Command the Room coaching package are expected to complete their sessions within the time frame outlined at the time of purchase (typically 6 weeks up to 12 weeks). Unused sessions will expire if not used within the package period unless otherwise arranged in advance. If you wish to discontinue the package, unused sessions may be refunded upon written request within 7 days, minus any completed sessions charged at the standard (non-discounted) rate. 5. Chronic Cancellations If more than two sessions are canceled within a 3-week period, we may pause coaching to reassess readiness and scheduling needs.
