Service Description
For professionals who want focused support without committing to a full program, this option offers flexible, personalized coaching on a month-to-month basis. You can choose two or four 30-minute private sessions per month, each designed to help you strengthen your delivery, refine your message, and build confidence in real-time situations. These sessions provide targeted guidance for upcoming presentations, interviews, team meetings, or any high-stakes moments where clarity and presence matter. Whether you want ongoing support or short-term coaching for specific challenges, this option gives you direct, consistent access to expert guidance, without the structure of a longer package. Price: $180/month (Billed monthly; cancel anytime)
Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session without penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will be charged the full session fee. I understand that life happens—emergencies will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out as early as possible. 2. No-Shows If you miss a scheduled session without notice, it will be considered a no-show, and the full session fee will be charged. 3. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect other clients’ appointments. If I am ever delayed, you will receive the full length of your session. This may be that day or rescheduled as mutually agreed upon. 4. Coaching Packages – Command the Room Clients enrolled in the Command the Room coaching package are expected to complete their sessions within the time frame outlined at the time of purchase (typically 6 weeks up to 12 weeks). Unused sessions will expire if not used within the package period unless otherwise arranged in advance. If you wish to discontinue the package, unused sessions may be refunded upon written request within 7 days, minus any completed sessions charged at the standard (non-discounted) rate. 5. Chronic Cancellations If more than two sessions are canceled within a 3-week period, we may pause coaching to reassess readiness and scheduling needs.
